˙RSFTSTYL“ŔŒFJ History Economic Thought CopyűűHumanities˜ čThis output style is for the Journal of the History of Economic Thought published by Cambridge. The author instructions are here: https://www.cambridge.org/core/journals/journal-of-the-history-of-economic-thought/information/instructions-contributors. These instructions are quite sparse and at the time of creation of this style we consulted articles from the March 2017 issue to find more citation/biblography examples. As with any output style, you should consult the editor for this journal if you have formatting questions. EndNote currently cannot accommodate all of the formatting requirements of this style. Below are some notes about how you might be able to obtain results close to the needed output. This style demands the use of both original publication date and publication date of the work cited. The example given is: (George [1886] 1941, pp. 286-287). EndNote does not have a separate field for the original publication date. It is unclear from the requirements and sample articles if other original publication information is required as part of the in-text citation or bibliography. If only the original publication date is needed, the field "Original Publication" could be used for this purpose. In that case you would need to modify the in-text citation templates and the Bibliography template(s) for each reference type needing to show this information. If the "Original Publication" field will contain data other than the year, you would need to edit the citation to omit the author and year and then add the author's last name, original publication date and publication date as a prefix. EndNote will place one em-dash in place of all the authors if all the authors for each reference are the same. If only some of the authors are the same EndNote will put in all the author names. No guidance is given about how many authors/editors to print in either the in-text citations or bibliography. All authors/editors will be printed. No guidance is given on whether in-text citations should be sorted, nor on how to resolve ambiguous ciations. In-text citations will be printed in the order they are inserted and will use letters after the year to distinguish between the citations. No guidance is given on how to handle anonymous citations. The style is set up to leave the author field blank in this case. EndNote does not have a reference type for "Discussion Paper". This style is set up to use "Unpublished Work" for this purpose. Enter "Discussion paper" in the "Type of Work" field and put the paper number in the "Number" field. The style requirements contain Book citations where text such as "Edited with an introduction by...", "A translation of the fifth edition" and "Introduction by...". EndNote has no specific field to contain this information. You could enter this text as part of the "Title" field since it follows the book title in the given examples or use one of the Custom fields, or some other little- or unused field. The field would need to be added to the bibliography template for proper formatting.!¨"(#$%&"(#G$%&"(#U$%&"(#Y$%&\Journal of the History of Economic ThoughtCambridgeűű'ě !lpqrsƒtźx\yz{  and!|$  and űű!xXyzd{  , !|$ , and !uX}~, et al.€‚, . . . vw ---űű!"ppqrsƒtŔx`yz{$  and űű!|$  and űű!xXyzd{  , !|$ , and !uX}~, et al.€‚, . . . vw ---űű!#" ŘĄ˘Čt‘’ “” •  . !–—t‘’ “” •  . !–—„‘’ “”  "űű!• ." űű!–—h‘’ “” • –—t‘’ “”   űű!• –—€‘’ “”   (!•  )űű!–—„‘’ “”, : p.^pp. űű!• –—t‘’ “”  .űű!• –— €Ą˘pt‘’ “” •  . !–—t‘’ “” •  . !–—œ‘’ “” •D  . !0"(#$%&–—€‘ ’ “” •(  volumes!–—t‘’ “”  . !• –—”‘’ “”, Edited by !• –˜˜ —t‘ ’ “”  . !• –—t‘ ’ “”  : !• –—t‘’ “”  .űű!• –— ěĄ˘Üt‘’ “” •  . !–—t‘’ “” •  . !–—„‘’ “”  "űű!• ." űű!–—t‘’ “” •  űű!–—€‘ ’ “”  (űű!•  )űű!–—t‘’ “”  .űű!• –— ŘĄ˘Čt‘’ “” •  . !–—t‘’ “” •  . !–—„‘’ “”  "űű!• ." űű!–—œ‘ ’ “” In űű!•4 ", ed.,^eds., űű!–—h‘’ “” • –—t‘ ’ “”  . !• –—t‘ ’ “”  : !• –—t‘’ “”  , !• –—€‘’ “”( p.^pp. űű!• –—t‘’ “”  .űű!• –— źĄ ˘ŹŒ‘’ “” •4 $ (ed.)^(eds.) !–—t‘’ “” •  : !–—t‘’ “” •  .űű!–—„‘ ’ “”,  ed.^eds. !• –—„‘ ’ “”, , trans. űű!• –—ˆ‘ ’ “”   űű!•$  vols.!–—t‘’ “”  űű!• –—€‘’ “” •(  edn., űű!–—t‘’ “” •  , !–—t‘’ “” •  . !–—h‘ ’ “” • –—t‘ ’ “”  : !• –—t‘’ “”   űű!• –—t‘’ “”  .űű!• –— ŹĄ˘œt‘’ “” •  . !–—t‘’ “” •  . !–—„‘’ “”  "űű!• ". űű!–—˜‘ ’ “” In űű!•0   ed.,^eds., !–—t‘’ “” •  űű!–—t‘’ “”  (űű!• –—|‘’ “” •$  edn.űű!–—t‘’ “”  , !• –—t‘’ “”  , !• –—t‘ ’ “”  ; !• –—t‘ ’ “”  : !• –—t‘’ “”  )űű!• –—t‘’ “”  , !• –—t‘’ “”  .űű!• –— ŒĄ%˘|t‘’ “” •  . !–—t‘’ “” •  . !–—„‘’ “”  "űű!• ." űű!–—t‘’ “” •  űű!–—h‘’ “” • –—t‘’ “”  . !• –—h‘ ’ “” • –—t‘’ “”  : !• –—h‘ ’ “” • –—t‘’ “”  .űű!• –—$%'p°ą`˛łP´ľś´ľś´ľś&e()@ph‘+’ “” • –—|t‘"’ “”  , !• –—|t‘’ “”  , !• –—°¨‘’ “”P >, edited and translated by űű!• –—*@„0  ;
